I'd be the first person to agree that it's difficult to stay on top of all avenues of communication these days (i.e. forums, social neworks, email, etc) but I'd think Regional Directors should be "encouraged" a little more to post in their own AKA forums. If nothing else, at least their own Regions area. I'm in Region 7 and Robin does a great job of posting in the Region 7 forum.
The AKA forum has never been a busy place but the traffic needs to start somewhere. Certainly the Regional Directors have some news that they could post at at least once a month (or even bi-weekly). Heck, include information from the Calander even. Tell you what... I'll even help if people will get behind me on this one. I'll commit to posting a "Question of the Month" for 6 months and see how that goes. So do I have any other takers?

I typically send out a bulk e-mail newsletter to Region 8 members each month with news and updates. Many never visit this forum.

I think many people don't read the forum as no one posts. I just think if anyone posts on the AKA forum it should be Regional directors. They do have (should have) information on their region to post. Posting needs to start somewhere from someone. I look at some of the region forums and there are only one or two posts.
