My copy just arrived here in Christchurch, New Zealand (where we are still experiencing quite sizeable earthquakes over 21 months since the first major one in September 2010 - I was woken by one at 2.30am this morning!)
Not quite the speedy service of last time, when my issue arrived before most people in the USA had theirs, but fast nevertheless. And another great edition - thanks to the editor and all the contributors for a really good read.
