When I was about 4 or 5 years old and through my teenage years when I joined AKA the first time, I participated in the
O.B. Kite Festival . By the late 70's I was helping the San Diego Kite Club (the first one) with this Fly.
Does the San Diego Kite Club help with this festival anymore?
