Collected writings of George Webster
Many members will know of George Webster, the English kite flier and kite historian. Over the years he has written a number of major articles on kiting and kite history in The Kiteflier (an English magazine). George and I have worked over the last 3 years on a complete revision of these and adding some new ones and all 400 printed pages of them are now available for free download from my website www.johndobson.info (follow the links for George Webster). It is a treat to be at a festival when George does the announcing. Interesting historical trivia is always included in the discussion of kites on the field. I encourage everyone to check out these pages. Thanks John for helping get them updated and published.
