but isn't it a bit too locally specialized for region 13 ?

Rolf Harris will ALWAYS be the definitive version... he also explains what a swag, billabong, billy, jumbuck, tuckerbag, squatter is.  The best voice will always be Judith Durham of The Seekers (Phil Broder played this version at Seaside Convention, on the beach, during the mass ascension.).

Once you've mastered MY song, we can learn something from each Region 13 country!  For yours, I love "La Vie en Rose"... but I'd settle for the National Anthem. (We learned that in High School French). 

For the British, hmmm... ?Spice Girls, or something from old-time Music Hall ("I've got a loverly bunch of coconuts").
