Our second annual Kite Flying event will be held July 28, 2012 in the large, safe, open and drive-your-car-to-your-spot field. behind St. Mary's Church at 7066 West Main Street in Port Sanilac, MI. This event coincides with the week -end festival, Port Sanilac Days which will feature two days of kids rides, games, watermellon eating contests, best dressed dog contest, an open air museum, crafters, music, bands, dancing, and a beer tent for adults. In addition, there is open swimming on the beach, boating, and scuba diving in one of the best under-water parks in Michigan. Camping nearby. This is going to be an awesome event. Again, as in 2011, we will seek AKA sanctioning.
