I see that the international members have received their copies.  The "American" members are still waiting.  Yes, I know.  It's the postal sevice's fault.

I still don't have our personal copy either. Unfortunately with the cutbacks in the postal service, it is highly unlikely that the situation will improve. The only option is to spend an additional $10 a year for 1st class service.

The sailing ships seem to have speeded up, while the Pony Express has slowed down!  It's a crazy world.  Be patient; it's worth waiting for.

I'm afraid that with the postal service cutbacks will only result in 1st class moving at a 3rd class rate.  And no matter what the class it will arrive on the same slow train at the same time.
