[Oregon (near Toledo)] Fun Fly A "frozen" opportunity to enjoy winter kite flying. All kinds of kites with an emphasis on traction. Warming fire and shelter for thawing (or keeping thawed, as the case may be) and snacks. Overnight lodging arranged, call for details.

[Camp Hill] The Keystone Kiters annual one day winter workshop will open at around 8:30 for set up of machines, etc. and the project will start at around 9:00. The project for this year is a 5 foot black and white bol, taught by Kevin Shannon. The intent of this project is to assemble and finish the bol in one day, and so to that end, reservations need to be made with Cinda Shannon by January 15th so that all the panels needed for the construction can be precut. The club will be purchasing the needed ripstop, edge binding, line, and swivels ahead of time so that the bols will all be the same as this is a club project. The anticipated expense for these materials will be around $30 which will be payable on the day of the workshop.

[Crescent City] Fun Fly the first Saturday and Sunday of every month. RVs, camping, motels, and resturants at the flying site.
