[Freeport] this is a single day kiting event, including a nite fly.

[Treasure Island] Event will take place on the beach behind the Thunderbird Beach Resort 10AM to 5PM each day. Parking is available at any public beach parking lot. Kite flying, Sport kite demos, Candy drop.

[San Diego] Fun Fly & general meeting

[West Chester, Ohio 45069] Come join us for the monthly PIGS Aloft kite fly, usually followed by supper at the "club house" otherwise known as TGI Friday’s. We start at Noon and fly until either the weather gets us or 4:00

[San Diego] Indoor fly with Electric Model Flyers

[New Smyrna Beach] Get ready for a high-flying weekend of colorful fun at the New Smyrna Beach Kite Festival! Located directly on the beach, just south of Flagler Avenue, this event is sure to provide real "fun-in-the-sun" for the whole family! There will be professional kite demonstrations; and free lessons and tips for novices, including free kite kits and decorating stations for the kids! Adults and children are also encouraged to bring their own kites. Admission is free, but registration (on a walk-up basis, the day of the event) is required.
Kite Stop will be there with a tent to sell kites, and there will be a sectioned off area for doing kite demonstrations throughout the day.
