[Ciudad de Buenos Aires] During 2006 BaToCo members had the pleasant possibility of conducting workshops for kite building at Schools from the Special Education Area Office depending from the Department of Education of the Buenos Aires City Government.
The project implied to conduct a different experience: To manage to build kites that do not show difficulties that can't be solved by children having special needs, and to help develop them with the active participation of teachers, parents, grandparents and friends.
On November 23 children, teachers and parents will be flying kites with the collaboration of member of BaToCo Barriletes a Toda Costa.

[Buenos Aires] On December 3, 2006, from 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m., it will take place
the third edition of the Wind Party Kite Festival – Traditional and Acrobatic Kite Performance.
The meeting schedule includes demonstrations, workshops, acrobatic kites,
kite ballets, giant kites, team flights, kite battle, kite-buggy.
The performance will be at Parque de los Niños,
by the Río de la Plata riverside,
in Buenos Aires City
The Festival is organized by
BaToCo Barriletes a Toda Costa and
Altovuelo Cometas Deportivas.
