Hi ACKF supporters/attendees/flyers and fun loving friends,
Wow kite flyers it’s almost time for the 13th Atlantic Coast Kite Festival this year in Virginia Beach, Virginia for 3 days.
We open the kite festival with a get together at the beach again this year with a Night Kite Fly on Friday with drinks and food just for the kite festival attendees.
From there we work our way into fun for the whole weekend for 2 days in Virginia Beach. We again have a limited amount of hotel rooms for kite fliers and volunteers. Almost all meals are provided for flyers during the festivals with additional get-togethers Friday and Saturday nights.
We also offer gas money to some coming in from far away. So, pack a car full of fliers, kites, volunteers and enthusiasts and come join us.
Please spread this email around. I am sure I forgot someone, please forgive me and email me so I can add your name to the list.
Thank you to the previous sponsors of our kite festival:
