Description:

Thousands attend this annual welcom to spring in Austin, TX. Admission is free and events are free. Proceeds from T-Shirt and concessions sales go toward the prevention of child abuse. This is a single line competition and all kites must be hand made. Sport kite, buggy and giant kite demonstrations will be given throughout the event.
