Description:

This family style event attracts flyers of all abilities. The site is absolutely beautiful and overlooks the marina and entire coastline. Great wind and good people. Categories include sport, kite fighting, highest flying, most beautiful, largest/smallest, and a kids tail chase (all day). Prizes awarded in all categories. No entry fee, free admission and parking.

Exit northbound 101 in Santa Barbara at Bath or southbound at Castillo. Take Cliff Drive to city college. West Campus is one block west of college. You can also enter festival from below site at Cabrillo or Shoreline Drive.
