10th Annual OKR promises to be a weekend of kitebuilding, fun, and a time to catch up with you fellow kite enthusiasts. Some of the instructors scheduled are Kathy Goodwin, Phil Scarfi, Sam Huston, Ron Gibian, Rod Thrall, Don Mock, Gerry Pennell, Scott Spencer, Sue Clark, Barry Poulter, and Charlie Sotich.
