10th Annual with roughly 2000 spectators in attendance last year. One of the largest kite festivals in Oklahoma. Activites include workshops,silent auction on site, giveaways, friendly kite competitions, venders, clowns. We have all this fun raising money for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation
