The second annual Otta Sight Kite Flight is sponsored by the City of Kenosha, Gift of Wings, Kite Society of Wisconsin and Illinois. The event will be held in Kenosha’s Kennedy Park on Kenosha’s lakefront. Estimated attendance 7000. Kites and food available for sale.
