Description:
The Kite Society of Wisconsin and Illinois and Gift of Wings present the 12 annual Fireworks Kite Festival in Veterans Park on July 3, 2003. This event will be a free fly with nearly 300,000 spectators on hand. The event starts at 12 noon until 6 PM. Come early as parking is at a premium.
