(7pm. to 10pm) Films: Legendary kids classic “Fly my Kite” featuring the Little Rascals. “Flights of Fancy” documentry featuring Master Kite-Maker Tyrus Wong. Academy Award winner and short film "The Red Balloon" directed by the late French filmmaker Albert Lamorisse
