The day will be filled with a diversity of kites. Many styles, shapes, sizes and colors will decorate the sky. Some kites will need several pilots to lunch. While others will float like the birds among the clouds. There will be sport kite demonstrations, lesions on “How to fly a sport kite.” Displays of Chinese kites along with traditional kites. The day’s activities will start at 10:00 AM. So, bring a picnic basket and plan to be there and enjoy the day. Directions to the park are posted on www.seasidekites.com.

From South of Boston, I-93/95 North to exit 11 Granite Street. Turn right at the end of the exit. At the first traffic light, turn right. About ¾ of a mile follow the signs to the flying field. From North of Boston, Exit 11A Granite Street. Turn right at the end of the exit. At the first traffic light, turn right. About ¾ of a mile (on the right) follow the signs to the flying field.
