6th Annual Kites on Ice - "Kites as Art" featuring Indoor flying, Workshops and Displays in the UW Memorial Union (celebrating 75 years as a Madison institution)with 6 outdoor fields for flying, including fields for clubs and fields open to the public. Kite Skiing, Ice Skating Rink, Ice Sculpture, Snow Shoe demos and much more! Saturday 2/7/04 Night Fly with Fireworks!
