Description:
Please join us at the 6th annual Semiahmoo Bay Regatta and Kite Flying Exhibition.
The weekend of April 23 & 24 2005 will be fun filled with attractions for hundreds of participants and thousands of spectators.
The events start both days at 10:00 am in the waters of Semiahmoo Bay and in the sky and on the shore along the promenade of White Rock.
This years major sponsors are again TD Canada Trust for the Sailing Regatta; Hugh & McKinnon Realty for the Kite Festival held on the East Beach and The Peace Arch News for the media coverage and promotion.
The Festival could not occur without the continued generosity and support of numerous other donors, sponsors, and the efforts of many volunteers and the encouragement from the City Of White Rock.
The weekend Festival is one of several community events raising funds for the White Rock South Surrey Foundation.

From the Peace Arch Border crossing head north approximately one mile. Head West on 8th Avenue for 1 mile. 8th Avenue turns into Marine Drive and the Kite Festval will be on your left as the road curves.
