This is the 6th Annual SPI Kite Fest sponsored by B&S Kites. Located on the wide-open flats butting up to the Laguna Madre Bay - the field is perfect and easily accesssed by car. Bring a lawn chair and plan to stay all day! Food concessions are offered by the Laguna Madre Christian Academy. What a warm, wonderful, colorful place to be in the winter!
