Description:
A non-competitive event encompassing many types of kite flying. Kite flyers form all over western Canada attended last year. A two day kite festival with 3 night
music festival on-site. Last year approximately 4000 people attended over two days.

Directions:
From Regina: West on Hywy 1 2 1/2 hrs to Swift Current
11th Ave N.E to Battleford Trail then West 3blks.
From Medicine Hat , Hywy 1 East 2hrs then as above.

Comments:
Be prepared for strong gusty winds with periods of calm.
A full range of kites is desirable. Very large field able to accomodate many different activities at once.
