Directions:
From Hwy 80 in Berkeley, take the University Ave. exit and go west to the Berkeley Marina. The Kite Festival is at Cesar E. Chavez Park at the north end of the Marina, just across the street from the DoubleTree Hotel.
Parking: Additional parking areas can be found at Golden Gate Fields Race Track, just west of the Gilman Street exit (one exit north of University Ave. exit). Free shuttle service will then transport you to the Kite Festival.
