In its second year this Festival wants to promote even better all kite flying adepts. So, we'll have some exibitions: big-3D kites, small static kites, 2-line and 4-line kites and landboarding, buggying and kitesurfing. And also a Indoors workshop.The Southwest wind is our master, the warm weather our Algarve!
