Description:

Annual kite festival sponsored by LVKS and Northampton County Parks and Recreation on May 5th from 10:00AM-4:00PM. Raindate is May 6th from 10:00AM-4:00PM. Allows those in this area to come out to fly and learn about kites. There is also kid’s kitebuilding, kite games, candy drops, kite flying lessons and a Rokkaku Battle. Food is available for purchase or you can bring your own picnic lunch.

Directions:
In Eastern Pennsylvania at the intersection of U.S. Highway 22 and State Highway 33.
Take 33 north to the first exit, Hecktown Road.
At end of the ramp (stop sign) make a right.
At the first traffic light make a left onto Country Club Road.
Go .3 mile and make a right into the Park.
