Description:

Celebrate National Kite Month with us at E. P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park with a Family Fun Fly. There will be prizes for the most unique kite, youngest flyer, oldest flyer, and crowd favorite. First 40 spectators will receive a free kite. Professional demonstrations will conclude the event. This is a FREE event.

E. P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park is located in Louisville, KY. From I-265, take the Westport Road West exit. Go to the second stop light. Take a left onto Freys Hill Road. Park is located a half-mile down on the right. Kite event will be held in the field to the left of the activities building.
