Sponsored by the Parkman Chamber of Commerce. For young and old. Enjoy a day in the country getting back to basics. Presented by the American Kiting Association: Learn to fly, kite making classes, demonstrations, sprint races. "Send It Packin' Plus" kite shop will be on site for all your kiting needs.

Parkman is located at the intersection of Rt 422 & Rt 88/528, from this intersection take Rt 88/528 N .2 to Rt 168, follow Rt 168 W..6 mi, Overlook Park is on the right just passed the cemetary. There will be signs at the two intersections
