Indoor kite festival at Taft High School in Lincoln City, Oregon. Performances by Lee and Debbie Park, Penny Lingenfelter, Amy Doran, and Team iQuad. AKA sanctioned competition. Activities for kids include kitemaking, flying lessons, and playing with balsa wood gliders.
