"Go Fly A Kite" at Three Sister’s Park held by the Chillicothe Optimists Club. Also, Central Illinois Renewable Energy Expo will be held in the pavillion. Prizes for kite flyers. Chillicothe Tractor Club will be on display with tours of the 1918 Farm Homested House and Barn. Hot Air Balloon rides will also be available.
