Kite Festival and Extravaganza—Guests Don Murphy & Al Sparling
Kansas City’s largest and most breathtaking kites will fly over MCC-Longview again this spring. See kite-surfing and kite-buggy demonstrations, power kites, stunt kites, and kites the size of buildings!
Bring your own kites and fly with us, or just come to enjoy the spectacle. Demonstrations and displays presented by the Kansas City Kite Club throughout the day. Kite raffles, information, and more.
Radio-Control Aircraft Demonstration
Giant-scale model planes, helicopters, war birds, and electrics will take to the skies. The Radio Control Sport Flyers will display and fly aircraft of all types for your enjoyment.
FOOD, KETTLE CORN, AND DRINKS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.
You may bring your own food and drinks. No glass containers, alcoholic beverages or pets allowed.
