Description:

This will be the first of our kite festivals. It is geared to children and their families to teach them about kiting and flying. We hope that we get enough AKA kiters and their wonderful kites that we won't have any trouble doing a Spring and Fall kite fest every year from here on. The event will be well publicized in the media, (TV, Newspapers, etc.)We hope to have several hundred in attendance for our first one.

The event will be held 1/4 mile from I-540 in Fayetteville at Exit 66. (also known as Hwy 112). I would use Mapquest to get exact directions. It’s quite easy.
