The skies over Swift Current will fill with an incredible array of kites of all sizes and colors throughout the two day SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival 2009. Admission is free and everyone is welcome to join in the fun. See fabulous art kites, giant creature kites, roaring stunt kites, battling fighter kites, soaring kite trains, amazing sky junk, and speeding traction kite buggies!
