Each January in the heart of southtwest Minneapolis bold and colorful kites fly high over the ice of Lake Harriet.MKS experts demonstate their skills maneuvring their spectacular kites and help newer kite fliers.Particpants can bring their own kites or buy an inexpensive one at the lake.
