Description:

A winter kite festival featuring all kinds of kites, from single line, dual line to quad line kites. There will be sport kite performances and giant show kites too. In addition to kites up in the air, there will also be impressive ground displays featuring both stock and custom banners. Come on out and enjoy a great winter day on the frozen West Twin River.

When in Two Rivers, take 18 Street west and you will end up at the Vets Park. There will be signs at intersections to guide you there.
