Description:

This first ever event takes place on the grounds of the Acapulco Restaurant, and on the nearby beach. It is free to the public. Children from two Cancun orphanages will be treated to a kite making workshop and lunch. Big kites will fill the air, There will be two and four line kite demonstrations. Bol races for the kids with prizes. Free kite raffles and more. Volunteers are needed.

The event area is beautiful. A great location for flying kites. There is a lagoon on one side and the Ocean on the other. Sort of you have to be there kind of thing. I hope to make this a bi-annual event. If this one is successful the next one will be in August. Get on board now
