(FLAGSTAFF, AZ) Go fly a Kite with Flagstaff Recreation Services! Voted Arizona Parks & Recreation Association’s Most Outstanding Community Event, the 7th Annual Soar Into Spring Kite Festival will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Foxglenn Park (4200 East Butler Avenue). Entry is FREE! The day includes kite flying, a kite contest, arts and crafts, carnival games and rides, a bounce house carnival, Fire Truck, yummy carnival food, a climbing wall, the Flagstaff Library Book Mobile, wet water games, kiddie caboose train, and a bubble carnival. Lots of fun prizes and giveaways. Cost associated with some activities.
