Description:

A family fun fly event in the beautiful Canaan Valley, 3200 ft above sea level! Demonstrations of large show kites, dual-line and quad-line sport kites will be held along with kite making for the kids. Bring your own kite or purchase one on site. There will also be participatory events such as running of the bols and most unique kite that flies. Conditions permitting, there will be demonstrations of paragliding by local fliers. If you are a kite buggier, there is space available for buggying!Other attractions include artists and craftsmen from the Appalachian region on Saturday, as well as the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra on Sunday afternoon.
