Description:

The 2nd annual Kites for CASA will be held in conjunction with Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month, and will raise money for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) of the High Plains, Inc. This is a non-competitive festival and will include numerous events for kite flyers of all ages and levels.
