Directions:

Take Hwy 100 (Queen Isabella Blvd) east to Port Isabel. Cross over the Queen Isabella Causeway. Turn left on Hwy 100 (Padre Blvd.) Go north approximately 4 miles. You will see the SPI Convention Centre on the left - the entrance to the flats is just past the paved entrance to the convention center!
