Description:

This is an annual kite festival in Arvada. There will be competitions for two age groups: 10 & under and 11 & over in four categories: smallest kite, largest kite, most visually appealing kite and highest kite. The Foothills Kite Club will also demonstrate kite flying. Trophies will be given. Also have many activities for the entire family, many food vendors and community vendors plus the Jeffco Brass Band will play for an hour. Everything is free! A fun family event.
