Description:
All are welcome to come out to the Palmyra, NY, 1st Annual "Kites over Palmyra ". Participants are encouraged to bring their own kites or our event staff will assist with FREE kite-building workshops (11am - 3 pm) where kids of all ages can decorate their kites. Other activities include: expert kite flying demonstrations (11 am - 3 pm); public kite flying (12 noon - 4 pm); and tethered hot air balloon rides (2 pm - 4 pm). Also, watch our remote controlled air planes demonstrations.
Take a hot air balloon ride over the beautiful Wayne County country side (call for appointment) leaving from Wayne County Fair Grounds (5 pm til dusk).
