Description:

We open with a welcome dinner with food and beverages Friday night. Saturday kite fly is at 17th Street from 10 - 5 with children's workshops by Archie Stewart. Saturday night is get-together night with food and drinks. Sunday kite fly is at the Portsmouth City Park from 10 - 4.
