This festival will benefit the Down Syndrome Association of San Antonio. The Coastal Bend Sky Pirates cordially invite all kitefliers to join them in this endeavor. The main purpose is for the families of Downs kids to get a day just to enjoy the beach.

Directions:
Rockport Beach is easy to find next to the Downtown Heritage District and the harbor. There will be a per car daily parking permit required or the $10 annual pass. We will be midway down the beach just past the first pavilion.
