Come fly with us!
Please join us for the 12th Annual Capriccio Festival of Kites on Saturday, September 11th, on the Ogunquit Beach in Ogunquit, Maine.
Festival will begin at 10am and continue through 2pm. There will be over 300 free kites for kids to decorate and fly.
Because the kite festival falls on 9/11, we do encourage kite flyers to bring your patriotic kites.
Rain date will be Sunday September 12th from 10-2pm
In addition to the kites for kids, there will be a general kite fly.
There will be a kite demonstration and flying area roped off. A mass ascension will be at noon. All participants who demonstrate kites, help the kids decorating their kites, lend moral support, or help in other ways will again receive a free festival t-shirt and a beach parking voucher.
