24th Annual COOL FOOL KITE FESTIVAL..Saturday...New Years Day, 2011..LIVE ON THE INTERNET ON THIS WEB SITE!! This is a FREE event, 11 am until 5 pm. in Veterans Park on Milwaukee’s Lakefront.
