19th Annual Tulsa Wind Riders Kite Festival benefiting Happy Hands Education Center, a school providing early education and development for children with hearing loss and communication disorders ages 6 years and younger.

The Tulsa Wind Riders have teamed up with Happy Hands Education Center and will be hosting the 2011 Kite Festival as a fundraiser for the school. Funds raised will significantly impact the lives of children with hearing loss and communication disorders by providing scholarship assistance to families who lack financial resources, as well as speech and language therapy.
