This is a fun, family kite festival,with kite competitions for two age groups: 10 & under and 11 & over,in four categories: highest kite, smallest kite, most visually appealing, largest kite with the top four winners getting trophies.

Not only are there kite competitions, but much more: two face painters, caricaturist, portrait artist, YMCA activities, two jumping castles, art activities plus seven food vendors and many community booths.
