Description:
Everyone is welcome whether a novice or expert kiteflier. Off trail access allowed for this special event- room for all. In addition to some great kiting, Lynch Canyon offers nearly ten miles of multi-use trails. So come with family, friends and your favorite kites and enjoy a day of kite flying where hawks and eagles soar. Noon to 4 pm for event, access gate opens at 9 and closes at 5.

Directions:
From I-80, exit at American Canyon/Hiddenbrooke Pkwy, Turn east on McGary Rd. (parallel to south side of I-80) and follow to I-80 underpass. Turn left and proceed through the gate at end of cul-de-sac to parking lot.
Comments:
Food and water are not available on site nor close by. There is a $5 per vehicle parking fee. No dogs are allowed in the open space. Cattle are grazing within the open space.
For non flyers, the trails offer some great bird watching opportunity and panoramic views. Depending upon the rains, the wildflowers will likely be abundant. Info on web at:
