The Tour De Kites Continues..... The 10th annual Lite Rock 92.1 "Outta Sight Kite Flight" will be held on June 4th & June 5th, 2011. NOW TWO DAYS LONG! This free event will be held in Kennedy Park on Kenosha's beautiful lakefront. Sponsored by Pepsi, The Kenosha News, the City of Kenosha, Gift of Wings, The Kite Society of Wisconsin & Illinois, and Lite Rock 92.1 FM Radio and AM 1400, WRJN. Featured performers include Chicago Fire, Josh and Zach Gordon, Paul Koepke, EOS, O2, Fire & Ice, Elizabeth Gordon, Dan Newman, Mike Delfar, the Giant Kites of Yves LaForest, Ann Vondriska, Scott Fisher, Brett Williams, and the kids kites of Charlie Sotich. The National Anthem will be sung by the beautiful National Recording Artist, Rhonda Begos....Sponsored by Lite Rock 92.1 and 1400 Am WRJN, The Kite Society of Wisconsin and Illinois and Gift of Wings. Directions:
Kenosha is: 1-3/4 hour drive from Madison (via I-94); 1-1/2 hour drive from Chicago (via I-94); 5-1/2 hour drive from Minneapolis/St. Paul (via I-94). Exit Hwy 142, then east all the way to the lake. You will bump right into the park...

This is one of the best regional kite festivals in the country. Come and have fun! This is a FREE event..
10 am until 5 pm both days, with the Grand Launch at 12 noon.
Performers start at 12:20 pm
